This exclusive Iceland extension allows you to continue your adventure north to experience one of the world's most dramatic landscapes, from powerful waterfalls and volcanic terrain to glaciers, black-sand beaches, and ice lagoons. This journey combines a 4-day guided Iceland adventure with Icelandair flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and a final overnight stay in Milan before your journey home to Manila. Explore Iceland's most iconic destinations, including the spectacular South Coast with its famous waterfalls, the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, and the volcanic black-sand beaches of Vík and Reynisfjara. Tour Plan
Depart from the final European gateway arranged for your qualifying World Wonders Europe Tour and fly with Icelandair to Keflavík International Airport (KEF). Upon arrival in Iceland, proceed to Reykjavík and check in to your accommodation. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure and prepare for your Iceland adventure.
Begin your 4-day guided Iceland adventure with morning pickup in Reykjavík. Travel along Iceland's spectacular South Coast and experience two of the country's most famous waterfalls: Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss. Continue toward Southeast Iceland, taking in the dramatic volcanic and coastal landscapes along the way. During Northern Lights season, the countryside location provides an opportunity to look for the aurora away from Reykjavík's city lights. A Northern Lights wake-up call may be available at the accommodation.
Today brings you deeper into Iceland's glacial landscapes. Visit Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where icebergs drift across the lagoon at the edge of Vatnajökull Glacier. Continue to Diamond Beach, where pieces of glacial ice contrast dramatically against the black volcanic sand. The journey continues toward Vík í Mýrdal and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, known for its basalt formations and dramatic sea stacks.
Discover the legendary Golden Circle, one of Iceland's most celebrated sightseeing routes. Visit: Þingvellir National Park — A UNESCO World Heritage Site and historically significant location associated with Iceland's Althing parliament. Geysir Geothermal Area — See geothermal activity and the powerful Strokkur geyser. Gullfoss Waterfall — Experience one of Iceland's most spectacular waterfalls as it plunges into a dramatic canyon. Return to your accommodation after a full day exploring Iceland's volcanic and geothermal landscapes.
Today explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, often called "Iceland in Miniature" because of its extraordinary variety of landscapes. Highlights include: - Berserkjahraun Lava Fields - Kirkjufell - Kirkjufellsfoss - Snæfellsjökull National Park - Djúpalónssandur Beach - Lóndrangar Basalt Cliffs - Arnarstapi - Búðir Black Church - Ytri Tunga. After the day's exploration, return toward Reykjavík.
Enjoy your final morning in Iceland before transferring to Keflavík International Airport (KEF). Board your Icelandair flight from Iceland to Milan, Italy. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy your final evening in Europe. Take the opportunity to relax, explore Milan at your own pace or simply prepare for your journey home.
